- Fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, and anti-oxidants, which helps the body prevent or at least prolong the natural changes of aging by protecting and rejuvenating cells, tissues, and organs.
- Fruits promotes weight loss and gives you a light body.
- It alters your mental state, promoting a light and airy mental feeling that some find quite pleasant.
- It can promote extraordinary physical health.
- Your respiratory system will function better.
- Can sharpen your senses to an extraordinary degree.
- Reduces the amount of water you need to drink as fruit is high in water.

I was reading a blog by a nutritionist named Rachel Hewitt. In her blog, she has stated that:
- Booster Juice's smoothies are very high in sugar. Even though fruit is a healthy option, consuming too many fruits can lead to symptoms of diabetes because of the high sugar content in the fruits.
- The whey protein that Booster Juice uses is a mixture of concentrate and isolate which can be allergenic.
- Booster Juice's vanilla soy milk is not organic, meaning it is most likely genetically modified, however, the chocolate soy milk is organic which makes it a better option.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR SMOOTHIE HEALTHIER AND BE HEALTHY
In Rachel Hewitt's blog, she was able to provide us on some ways we can make our Booster Juice smoothie healthier:
- Ask for water instead of juice to cut down on sugar
- Get the frozen yogurt instead of the sorbet
